What is NASA STEM ?

NASA STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is an initiative that focuses on engaging students in STEM fields and encouraging them to pursue careers in these areas. NASA STEM programs include educational resources, activities, and events that aim to inspire and educate students about STEM subjects and careers. Some of the programs and resources offered by NASA STEM include:

  • NASA internships and fellowships for college students and recent graduates
  • Educational materials and lesson plans for teachers
  • Opportunities for students to participate in real NASA research projects
  • Educational events, such as webinars and live chats with NASA scientists and engineers

The goal of NASA STEM is to increase the number of students who are interested in and prepared for careers in STEM fields, and to help ensure that the United States has a strong and diverse STEM workforce for the future.
